Returns
If you are not happy with a product you have received, you're welcome to return it within 14 days after receiving it. Please send us an email at info@nail.com and let us know your order number and we will help you. Please keep in mind that all products need to be unused and in the same condition as when you first received them. When we receive your return, we will refund the value of the product within 10 days working days. Shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
In the event of an exchange, we want you to return the product, and then place a new order for what you want instead! This is to ensure that you receive your new product as quickly as possible! Shipping for your new order will not be refunded.
